Ascential hosts Money 20/20, its financial service brand event, to shape the future of money through content, education, and networking for the fintech community. Ascential aspired to turn up the volume on the U.S. event by delivering an interactive, visually stunning experience to educate, connect, and entertain its 11,000+ attendees.

The catch?

The team had a limited set-up window to make it happen.

Over the course of four months, Freeman designed and produced all creative and AV to showcase the brand by combining scenic elements and innovative tech (hello, AI!) across eight captivating production stages and 20+ breakout rooms.

And then we brought it to life on-site in a record 36 hours!

The big payoff?

This dynamic experience hit a final high note with a concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip hop featuring Rev Run & DJ Ruckus, Grandmaster Flash, DJ Spinderella.
